Every reviewer checked before publication

Collect verified reviews people actually trust

Anyone can gather praise. Mind my review turns real customer experiences into published proof: each reviewer is verified against a genuine transaction, each review keeps its audit trail, and every page is written so search engines can read it.

How it works

Three steps between a real customer and a review worth believing

No open submission form, no anonymous drive-by ratings, no quiet deletions.

1

Invite after a real transaction

Review invitations are triggered by a confirmed order, booking or support ticket — through our API, a webhook or a CSV import. Only people who actually bought from you get asked.

Shopware · Shopify · WooCommerce · REST API

2

We check the reviewer

Email ownership, device fingerprint and transaction reference are matched before anything goes live. Duplicates, bot patterns and known paid-review networks are flagged automatically.

Automated screening in under 24 hours

3

Publish with the proof attached

Each review is published on its own page with a verification badge, a timestamp and schema.org markup — so customers and search engines see the same verified record.

Structured data included on every page

Trust & verification

Built so a sceptical customer can check you out

Trust is not a badge you buy. It is a process people can inspect.

Verified reviewer identity

Every review is tied to a confirmed email address and a real transaction reference. No account, no review.

Fraud & bot detection

Pattern analysis on timing, language and device data catches review farms and self-written praise before your customers see it.

Tamper-proof audit trail

Edits and removals are logged with a reason. You cannot quietly delete a bad review — and neither can we.

GDPR-ready, hosted in the EU

Data processing agreement, deletion requests and export handled for you. Servers and backups stay inside the European Union.

Readable by search engines

Reviews are rendered server-side with schema.org markup, so they can appear as rich results instead of hiding inside a widget.

Public right of reply

Answer criticism in the open, next to the review itself. Handled well, a critical review sells better than a perfect score.

Delivered on time — and the order was complete

Ordered on Tuesday, delivered Thursday morning, packed properly. I called with a special request and it was noted straight away. Clear recommendation.

Customer voices

Teams that stopped guessing what their customers think

“We switched because our old widget was invisible to Google. Six weeks later our review pages were bringing in more traffic than our blog.”

Lena Kraft
Head of E-Commerce, Nordstil

“The verification step is the whole point. Our customers can see that a review came from someone who actually ordered — and they say so on the phone.”

Marc Reiners
Managing Director, Hofgut Sonnenfeld

“Setup took an afternoon. The part I did not expect: answering the two critical reviews publicly won us more customers than the good ones.”

FAQ

The questions people ask before signing up

How exactly do you verify a reviewer?

Invitations are only sent for a confirmed transaction, and the link in them is single-use and tied to that transaction. Before publication we match email ownership, timing and device signals against known manipulation patterns.

Can we delete a review we do not like?

No — and that is what makes the good ones worth something. You can report a review that breaks the policy, and you can reply publicly to any review. Both actions are visible in the log.

Will the reviews show up in Google?

Each review is published as its own server-rendered page with schema.org markup, so it can be indexed and shown as a rich result. Nothing is hidden behind JavaScript.

How long does the setup take?

Most teams are live the same day: connect your shop or send us the order events, adjust the invitation template, done. The integration guide walks through it step by step.
